History of Allan S. Lolly & Associates APC

1991

This immigration law practice began in 1991. After the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, this office obtained fiance / K1 visas for foreign fiances throughout the former USSR.

The practice steadily grew every year.

1995

In 1995, increased use of the internet allowed the firm to expand to cover all countries of the world.

As licensed attorneys, we are authorized to work directly with the federal immigration agencies by email, phone, fax and mail. Unlicensed practitioners or overseas “assistants” do not have such advantage. Advancements in technologies gave us better serviceability of accounts.

2000+

By year 2000, the immigration law firm handled well over 300 K-visas per year. That year, Allan S. Lolly, Esq. joined as a law partner and soon began managing the daily affairs.

Over time, the firm implemented a variety of family immigration services to cater to the growing needs of clients, including spousal visas, green cards, and also advanced services for those with immigration problems such as visa refusals. Services include immigrating relatives.

Experience Counts

We have a trained staff of 8. Most employees are long-term, having been with the firm for more than 5 years, and making this a very stable and knowledgeable law practice. Each person in the office has a specialty. We work together as a team.
