Updated (Feb 22, 2016) — The death of Antonin Scalia should not affect the outcome of the DAPA and DACA litigation pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

DAPA supports those who are in the U.S. illegally and have children who are U.S. citizens. Expanded DACA supports a wider range of foreigners who entered the U.S. at a young age and became illegal. The U.S. Sup. Ct. should issue its decision by late June 2016. Scalia would have voted against DAPA, but the critical votes will be cast by justices Kennedy and Roberts.

You should seriously consider contacting me to learn how to get the most from the new privileges. It will be important to try and take advantage of these benefits before Obama leaves office after December 2016.
