I updated DACA information and guidelines based on the Obama Executive Action of November 20, 2014. There are lots of good benefits for childhood arrivals and also family members. Check the information and also the video.
These new DACA benefits have a lot to them, so you should seriously consider contacting me to learn how to get the most from the new DACA privileges. I have clients all over the U.S. and so can help you right where you are located. Here’s the web page: DACA webpage and video.
For the parents of children who are US citizens or green card holders, also check the new DAPA privileges for Deferred Action for Parental Accountability: DAPA privileges and video.
Please like us when possible to help spread the news. Thank you, Allan
Updated (Feb 22, 2016) — The death of Antonin Scalia should not affect the outcome of the DAPA and DACA litigation pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.
DAPA supports those who are in the U.S. illegally and have children who are U.S. citizens. Expanded DACA supports a wider range of foreigners who entered the U.S. at a young age and became illegal. The U.S. Sup. Ct. should issue its decision by late June 2016. Scalia would have voted against DAPA, but the critical votes will be cast by justices Kennedy and Roberts.
You should seriously consider contacting me to learn how to get the most from the new privileges. It will be important to try and take advantage of these benefits before Obama leaves office after December 2016.
